Dr. R. S.Santhosh, B.Sc. (Ag), M.Sc. (Ag.Biotech), Ph. D (Biotech) is the founder and Managing Director of the company. He received his academic qualifications from Kerala Agricultural University, G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. He received PhD from Madurai Kamaraj University. His Postdoctoral experience is from Weizmann Institute of Science and Technology, Israel and Aravind Eye Hospital, India. He was a teaching faculty in SASTRA Deemed to be University, India. He has 20 years of research and 8 years of experience in academic field. He guided several Bachelors, Postgraduate and PhD students. He authored several research, reviews and book chapters in national and international journals.

Mr. C. Namasivayam Pillai is the Co-founder and Director of the company. He has 40 years experience in agribusiness and marketing.
